Alison Perry is a journalist, podcaster, author and content creator. Her Instagram posts about confidence in motherhood and dressing for joy reach over half a million people every month while thousands of people tune into listen to Not Another Mummy Podcast each week. One of the first parenting podcasts, it launched back in 2017 with guests including Emma Bunton, Philippa Perry and Dr Rangan Chatterjee .

Alison regularly writes about motherhood and lifestyle for Grazia, Stylist, Hello!, Metro and Netmums, and she often appears on BBC Radio 4 and BBC Radio 2 to provide comment on parenting issues.

Her first book – OMG It’s Twins – was published in 2021 by Ebury and she is currently writing her first novel.
